YOU Decoded
There is so much noise surrounding young people. Messages about who they should be, how they should feel, what success should look like and what they should already know about their future.
At the same time, every young person experiences emotions, relationships, energy, learning and decision-making differently. General advice can only take them so far when they are still trying to understand what works for them.
YOU Decoded gives young people the time, space and language to explore these differences with curiosity.
Through The Y.O.U Framework™, Human Design, astrology and practical self-awareness tools, participants will begin exploring how they think, feel, use their energy, make decisions and experience the world around them.
The experience is designed to help each young person recognise their own patterns, connect with their inner resources and discover practical tools that feel supportive to them.
They are encouraged to notice what resonates, question what does not and remain connected to their own lived experience. The intention is to strengthen self-understanding, self-trust and their confidence to lead themselves as they continue to grow.

Why YOU Decoded exists
The teenage years bring questions about identity, belonging, relationships, school, decisions and the future.
Young people are often encouraged to be confident without first being helped to understand themselves. They may compare their internal experience with what they see around them and assume that their differences are problems to overcome.
YOU Decoded offers a different starting point.
Rather than asking a young person to become more like everyone else, it helps them explore how they naturally think, feel, communicate, make decisions and respond to the world around them.
The aim is not to give them another identity to perform.
It is to give them language they can use to understand themselves.
The Y.O.U Framework™
The experience is grounded in three connected parts of self-understanding.
Your Mind
Participants explore their thoughts, beliefs, learning patterns and the stories influencing how they see themselves.
One Body
They learn to notice emotions, sensations, energy and the signals their body uses to communicate.
Unique Heart
They explore identity, values, strengths, relationships and the individual way they express and lead themselves.
Human Design and astrology are introduced through this framework so that chart information remains connected to lived experience.
How Human Design and astrology are used
Human Design and astrology can offer language for exploring patterns and parts of ourselves that may otherwise be difficult to explain.
Participants will receive their own Human Design and astrology charts and learn how to explore them with curiosity.
These tools are not used as assessments, diagnoses or fixed definitions of who someone is.
A chart cannot account for every part of a young person’s lived experience, relationships, environment or personal history. It offers themes and questions that can support reflection.
Participants are encouraged to ask:
Does this feel familiar?
Where do I recognise this in my life?
How does this show up through my mind, body and emotions?
What feels useful to me?
What does not feel like my experience?
The chart offers language.
The young person remains the authority on themselves.
What participants will explore
-
How they naturally use energy, what supports them and how to recognise when they may need rest, movement or a change of approach.
-
How clarity may arrive differently for different people and what can make it difficult to hear their own judgement beneath pressure and outside opinions.
-
The qualities, patterns and natural tendencies they recognise within themselves without needing to compare those qualities with others
-
How emotions and physical sensations carry information and how awareness can create more choice in the way they respond.
-
Themes connected to how they process information, express ideas and communicate what they need.
-
How other people and environments may affect the way they feel, behave and see themselves.
What they will receive
Each participant will receive:
Their individual Human Design chart
Their individual astrology chart
A guided YOU Decoded workbook
Practical activities and reflection prompts
Small-group discussion and facilitated learning
Tools they can continue using beyond the experience
A personal reference they can return to as they grow
No previous understanding of Human Design or astrology is needed.
How the three-day experience will unfold
YOU Decoded is delivered across three consecutive mornings, with each day building progressively from understanding yourself to learning how to support and lead yourself.
The sessions combine short teaching segments, individual chart exploration, practical activities, personal reflection, movement and small-group discussion. A short break will also be included each day.
Day 1: Understand YOU
Who am I, and what helps me feel most like myself?
Participants will be introduced to self-awareness, The Y.O.U Framework™, Human Design and astrology. They will begin exploring their individual charts and developing language for their identity, energy, strengths and lived experiences.
Day 2: Support YOU
What do I need, and how can I support myself when life feels challenging?
Participants will explore emotions, body signals, energy, decision-making and nervous system regulation. They will experiment with practical strategies and begin creating an individual toolkit based on what supports them.
Day 3: Lead YOU
How can I use what I understand about myself in everyday life?
Participants will bring their learning together through values, communication, relationships, challenges and self-leadership. They will identify the tools and insights they want to carry forward and create a personal reference they can continue using as they grow.
The experience is interactive and discussion-based, with regular changes in activity to keep participants engaged. Young people are always given choice around what they contribute and share.
Meet Liz
Liz Farah is an educator, wellbeing leader, identity coach and founder of The YOU Movement.
With more than fifteen years of experience teaching PDHPE and Dance and working in student wellbeing, Liz has supported hundreds of teenagers through the questions, pressures and changes that shape this stage of life.
Her work combines practical education, emotional and nervous system awareness, identity exploration and the Y.O.U Framework™.
Liz also holds training in Human Design and Levels 1 and 2 astrology.
She teaches Human Design and astrology as tools for reflection and self-discovery. Young people are encouraged to test what they learn against their own lived experience rather than accepting a chart as a fixed answer.
“I created YOU Decoded to give young people something I wish more of us had received earlier in life: language for understanding ourselves before self-doubt becomes louder than our own voice.”
What participants may take away
By the end of the experience, participants will have had the opportunity to develop:
A clearer understanding of their patterns and strengths
More language for describing their emotions and needs
Greater awareness of how they make decisions
A stronger connection to their body signals
More curiosity and compassion towards their differences
Practical ways to respond to pressure, comparison and self-doubt
A participant folder containing their charts, workbook, reflections and personal tools to return to as they grow
YOU Decoded does not promise that a young person will leave with themselves completely figured out.
It gives them a more informed and trusting place from which to continue discovering who they are.
What You'll Need
To generate a Human Design chart and natal chart, each participant will need their date of birth, exact time of birth, and place of birth. The more accurate the birth time, the more precise the chart. Birth certificates are the most reliable source if there's any uncertainty.
Birth data is used solely to generate each participant's personal charts before the program begins. It is not stored, shared or retained in any form after that point.
Charts will be prepared in advance of the program so that every teen arrives at session one ready to begin.
A Note for Parents
YOU Decoded is designed to support self-awareness rather than prescribe an identity.
Participants will never be told that they must think, feel or behave in a particular way due to their chart.
The experience encourages curiosity, personal choice and respectful discussion. Young people can decide what they wish to share with the group, and no participant is expected to disclose personal information beyond what feels appropriate to them.
YOU Decoded is an educational self-awareness experience. It is not therapy, psychological assessment or a substitute for clinical mental health support.
Ready to join YOU Decoded?
YOU Decoded offers young people the space to understand themselves more deeply, connect with others and develop practical tools for navigating emotions, energy, decisions, relationships and challenge.

YOU Decoded is designed for young people to participate independently and connect with others in the group.
If your teenager would feel more comfortable with a parent or carer present, please contact Liz before booking so their individual needs can be discussed.
-
That's completely okay.
YOU Decoded encourages curiosity, reflection and critical thinking. Teenagers are never expected to believe or agree with everything they learn.
The course invites students to explore the ideas, notice what resonates with their own experience and leave behind what doesn't.
-
No.
One of the foundations of YOU Decoded is that every young person is far more than any chart or framework.
Human Design and astrology are introduced as reflective tools that encourage self-awareness. They are never used to define, limit or predict a young person's potential.

expectations for respectful participation and group discussions.
Parents are encouraged to ask questions before providing consent so they feel informed and comfortable with the program.
